My Husband Had A Head Injury In 07, He Is

my husband had a head injury in 07, he is diabetic 70 yrs, he has had several issues where he will get very very cold and I will put on 4 blankets to get him warm which takes 1/2 to 1 hr. is sugar no. is ok, but he does not remember being cold, he does not pass out and is a wake. what can be causing this?
