My Husband Had A Lymphadenectomy Procedure Done When He Had
my husband had a lymphadenectomy procedure done when he had a melonoma surgery on his head where the doctor had to do a skin graft from his thigh to place on the full width of his head. After the bandage was removed there was an excessive amount of methylene blue dye in one area of the new skin graft on the head. In this spot the skin did not grow and left a opening on his head to the bone. Can you tell me if the dye or the Technetium nuclear radiation killed the graft in that area. The rest of the head is healing great. How long does the radiation last and how much dye and radiation is to be used. email: YYYY@YYYY
