My Husband Had A Severe Aortic Leak During A TEE

my husband had a severe aortic leak during a TEE diagnostic test. and in August of 2015 he had a stroke. He received TPA and doing Ok . Also has Rheumatoid arthritis for 12 years He did received for many years Remicade and they stopped because CHF. Then he got Rituxan which he got very sick and I suspect he got worse with this med and the doctor stopped. Also has diabetes, htn, gout sleep apnea enlarged prostate, and elevated creatine since was given a lot Lasix for his CHF. Iam very afraid for him to have open heart surgery since the risk involve , etc. Please what is the best option and I need help.
