My Husband Had A Strange Thing Happen To Him Today

my husband had a strange thing happen to him today while he was driving. He said that he felt his head move to the right and he didn't feel like he had control because it felt weird. It was only a moment when this happened and he did not loose control of the car. I was in the car with him and I didn't know this was happening to him. This happened aproximately 4pm and it is now 7:45 pm We came home, he cut the grass and came in the house and just told me what happened to him while he was driving. Could this be a stroke?
