My Husband Had His Spleen Removed Last May.He Has Had

my husband had his spleen removed last may.He has had recently low blood hemo count.he received 22 pints of blood last year .He has had 3 bad bloody noses this week,Iam stopping his aspirin til we see the dr.on Monday.COULD THERE BE A connection between the bloody noses and the spleen removal or more likely hot dry air in our home.He is always cold and its always hot in here..
