My Husband Has CML And The Tablets He Is Taking

my husband has CML and the tablets he is taking give him server headaches. He was told not to take ibuprofen and that panadol was OK to take. He has never taken much panadol before, however, since he has been taking the medication for CML and panadol, his breathing has become difficult. He gets very out of breath doing the most menial work. He has had breathing tests; xrays etc but they say his lungs are clear. I heard that panadol can cause shortness of breath so he is trying to stop using any medication for the headaches, however, this leaves him in server paid. Is there any other products that can help his headaches
