My Husband Has A Sore On His Chin That Won't

my husband has a sore on his chin that won't quit bleeding. After he gets it to stop it will be good for a day or so and then you can see blood building up inside of it until it starts to bleed again. This has been going on for a couple of weeks. It is about the size of a screw nail head or smaller.
