My Husband Has An Anastomoic Pseudo Aneurysm Which Has Not

my husband has an anastomoic pseudo aneurysm which has not changed much since 2007 he had a 3D CT done in the ED last week which showed a marked change from 2.5 to 3.8 I have not been able to reach his cardiovascular surgeon as he is in another state and out of town. Should I be concerned.
