My Husband Has Been Throwing Up And Has The Runs

my husband has been throwing up and has the runs all morning and afternoon but now it has come to a stop. it smells like bile and looks like it too. he has lots of problems using the bathroom and usually stops up the tolit every other day. he is dibetic has a poor diet and takes alot meds liks klopin and methadone for neuropothy in his feet. he has selutitus in his legs and feet. he has done this throw up thing about 3 times in the past few months . what should i do. he says he ll be fine.
