My Husband Has Congestive Heart Failure,atrial Fib, Diabetis,hbp And Lung

my husband has congestive heart failure,atrial fib, diabetis,hbp and lung cancer. HE takes oral dig, Januvia, kcl,lasix ,resuvastatin ,pantoprazole and xarelto. How bad is the interaction of these drugsare to each other and how will it affect his well being .kindly lead us to the right way. thank you and God Bless
