my husband has dextrocardia. He coughs as well. He had his semen analysis last week and his motility is low to 20% plus his sperm count is 15 million/ ml. The gynaecologist gave him gonadil f thrice a day. He had it for 2-3 days but now he is coughing more and has pain in throat. Please suggest any medicine.
