My Husband Has Had A Severe Cold This Past Week.

my husband has had a severe cold this past week. His congestion has decreased but now his ears feel like they are plugged up, sorta like when you have swimmers ear. He tried some alcohol drops already to see if it may be water in his ear but that provided no relief. He said that he still feels some pressure in his sinuses especially on the left side, which is the same side of his ear discomfort. His right side is clear.
