My Husband Has Had A Tooth Infection For A While

my husband has had a tooth infection for a while now i would say about 2 months he has been on antibotics now the room is spinning sitting laying down i know those are sign of vertago but nothing is working i gave him a nausea pill that was prescribed i dont know what else to do
