My Husband Has Had An Ongoing Rash And Was Given

my husband has had an ongoing rash and was given ointment but was told if it didn't go away to come back because they wanted to check his kidney function? but before we could go back he began to cough up blood, did a ct scan and it showed glassy opacities , the dr sent us to a pulmonary dr to read the ct and determine that perhaps a small vessel had ruptured do to his hbp being out of control. and the blood in the cough went away after being treated for hbp. Now the rash is back again, actually it never really went away, it is around his neck area and back of hairline, getting worse. I am a nursing student and becoming afraid. I believe it is Lupus in the skin form and that once we have the follow up ct scan tomorrow it is going to show the glassy opacities have spread and its lupus in some sort of autoimmune form.
