My Husband Has Had Diarrhea Every Day For A Few

my husband has had diarrhea every day for a few weeks, it happens every day but not every bowel movement is diarrhea. He is convinced he has cancer or something bad. I keep telling him that just that symptom is not a case for that much worry, am I wrong?
