My Husband Has Had Hiccups For 8 Days. He Vomits

my husband has had hiccups for 8 days. he vomits with the hiccups. the 1st gp prescribed metoclopropramide which did not stop the hiccups but did stop the vomiting. These are all now gone & the next gp prescribed omeprazole which has had no effect. he is now vomiting constantly & can keep nothing down. where do we go rom here?
