My Husband Has Had Muscle Pain And Stiff Ness For

my husband has had muscle pain and stiff ness for over a month. takes a while to get up in the morning or from sitting.we have stopped his cholesterol medicine for a month and it hasnt helped. has not gotten bit by a tic or anything that we know of. wondering if he may have polymyalgia rheumatica. are there any other diseases that fit these symptomsHe has a great diet and works out fairly regularly. his bloodwork came back fine so far, but still waiting on some of it.
