My Husband Has Nad 4 Heart Attacks, He Just Started

my husband has nad 4 heart attacks, he just started experiencing severe pain in his left stomach area about 2 hrs ago. i am worried it is his heart again but he thinks it could be having to do with his colonis it possible ot is another heart attack? this scares me.
