My Husband Has Not Eaten In 3 Days ... Just

my husband has not eaten in 3 days ... just today he started drinking water.. urine was a dark brown... still not eating... he is on alot on meds for pain... gabapenten along with morphine.... sleeps alot and has headaches along with stomach pain... also has history of heart issues... what should I do.... i think he has taken too many pain pills lately
