my husband has stage 4 renal failure and refuses to go on dyalisis. he is 79 yrs old. he is experiencing chronic hiccups and drops off to sleep more. his appetite is poor and he has been having trouble breathing and is also feeling tired. he has a defibrillator for congestive heart failure. could you tell me what his prognosis is. don't mince words with me I really need to know.
