my husband is 57 years old and he eats very healthy and exercises. He complains about his stomach getting very blotted. His doctor gave him medication to bring down the blot. 5 weeks later he is complaining about his belly button partruding and a hernia like symptoms. could that be the medication or strain? or something else?
