My Husband Is 58 Years Old He Has A Fever

my husband is 58 years old he has a fever of 102.8 and I gave him tylonel at 2 and just gave him some ibuprofen he woke up freezing and I put covers on him and a wet rag on his head he is now out of all the covers and I have been giving him water. He has back problems so that is not helping in getting comfortable. I looked for swelling and bites. what should I do to help him please.
