My Husband Is 64 And Had His First Stress Test

my husband is 64 and had his first stress test last month...the results showed abnormal left ventricular perfusion on both stress and rest images most consistent with prior inferior infarction or as his nurse told me a "heart attack" he was sick 4years ago and spent 2 days in the hospital but they couldn't fine anything...my question is this can you have a heart attack and it not be found?
