My Husband Is 68 Years Old And Was Diagnosed With

my husband is 68 years old and was diagnosed with severe COPD and also has congestive heart he has high blood pressure, diabetic, seizure prone hes also a smoker that wont quit. These last two weeks I have noticed more that his hands and feet shake and it's like he's not responding he coughs and it's like he doesn't respond for about two to three minutes then he won't go see the lung doctor cause he said they will only tell him to stop smoking hes on inhalers and nebulizers help me understand whats going on.
