My Husband Is 73 And Experiencing Sudden Dizziness And Clamminess.

my husband is 73 and experiencing sudden dizziness and clamminess. these symptoms have come intermittently for the last two days. He describes this as the room spinning to the degree that he cannot stand and he has night sweats. The symptoms to do away after 4-5 minutes or more. his blood pressure right now is 153/86. He is not experiencing any pain in chest or arms. He does not report any vision problems. Recently he was given docicycline for an eye infection. He is not diabetic and is in good health. He does have allergies and gets sinus infections a couple times a year. He reports that during the day he just has a general feeling of discomfort - just doesn't feel well. We are trying to decide if this might be due to the medication or something else. Should we go to the emergency room or just contact the doctor tomorrow morning.
