My Husband Is A 51 Years Old Male In Good

my husband is a 51 years old male in good health. Over the last week he has been tired, has indigestion, upset stomach, and light headed and upper back pain. He does take blood pressure meds and current bp is 135/89 and pulse is 80. I am concerned his father has heart issues and he is just not feeling good
