My Husband Is Deployed So I Havent Had Intercourse In

my husband is deployed so i havent had intercourse in over a month and when i felt around down there it feels much tighter and different, i know im a hypochondriac and im not sure if i should get it checked or if its normal, my boobs have also grown a size since he left but i have had two periods since he left so i know im not pregnant, and i also started a birth control, could the birth control be doing this?
