My Husband Is Disabled He Has Had All The Bones

my husband is disabled he has had all the bones in his neck taken out he had a fall and everythind in his neck shifted and almost severed his spinal cord at the base of his neck causing permanate damage he cant walk his bones in his knees haves fused together the doctors dont know why he gets massive cellulitis and mersa staph infections he has other health issuses and these infections are going to kill him we live in preston,idaho he really wants his legs gone they will never get better he will never walk again his legs are getting worse by the day they are now purple and allways ice cold please somebody help him
