My Husband Is Having Blurred Vision. I Took His Blood

my husband is having blurred vision. I took his blood pressure and it was 197/102. Is this dangerously high? Can he wait to go to our regular dr in the morning? He said he feels ok. He is 63 and active, works full time. Do we need to make a run to the hospital now? He is not on any medication except for avorstatin.
