My Husband Is Having Weird Pain In The Front Right

my husband is having weird pain in the front right side of his head and right eye, he's not sure what it may be. usually he had severe migrants and also has a history of sleep apnea. he's 44 years old, a bit overweight but overall pretty healthy. he said the side of his head feels a burning sensation as well.
