My Husband Is In Extreme Pain In His Right Testicle.

my husband is in extreme pain in his right testicle. as a child his right testicle got twisted, something like that. I do not know if it is related but thought you should know the history. right now he is rolling around on the floor trying to get comfortable and is unable to stand upright, (too painful). He has been complaining about hip hurting the few days. Help
