my husband is in jail awaiting federal sentencing and has a open place in his leg where he had a box that continued the draining of infection in his leg. now while in jail he still has infection drainage from that same place and its been 15 months since he was in the hospital and the jail doesnt have a quailified md to clean and rewrap the hole in his leg. at this time his feet and legs are beginning to swell dpes he need to be allowed furloughed out to get the proper medical attention he needs?
