My Husband Is On Eliquus And Yesterday Noticed Smal Amount

my husband is on Eliquus and yesterday noticed smal amount of blood from his naval. No more today but wonder what it might indicate and if it would be wise to take Eliquis once a day instead of twice if you feel this indicates internal bleeding
