My Husband Passed Out Today. He Said He Was Hot

my husband passed out today. he said he was hot and clammy. the guy who was with him said he passed out for 45 seconds. he said he couldn't feel his arms. it took an hour before he would let the driver drive to a gas station for some juice he eventually got better after he ate some food. But now he is nauseous and week again. should i take him to the hospital?
