My Husband Said That I Kick In My Sleep Now

my husband said that I kick in my sleep now and now I have started hollowing in my sleep sometimes behind a during a dream and sometimes not. it feels like my adryline is gong in my sleep. My eye twitches at night and day back and forth from one eye to the next of and on. does this mean I may have rem or rbd? is this a sereious health issue and do I need to make an appt.
