My Husband Was Dx With Stage 3 C Colon Cancer

my husband was dx with stage 3 C colon cancer in February 2016. He had surgery where they found that it had moved to lymph nodes 11 out of 18 He is in chemo Folfox now, but his billirubin levels have started to rise from 2 to 2.6 in the last month. Does this indicate mestasis to liver?
