My Husband Was Recently Had An Episode Of Some Kind

my husband was recently had an episode of some kind which we thought was a heart attack when EMTs arrived his vitals including bp were good transported anyway and vitals and bp continued to be good until around one the next day after receiving toradol and having a nitro patch after receiving the toradol his bp has been up ever since this has been since the 7th jan. any ideas?
