My Husband Was Started On A New Antidepressant Duloxetine DR

my husband was started on a new antidepressant Duloxetine DR 60 mgs 1 q am about a week ago & I just visited him yesterday & he is very agitated, hallucinating & nasty & agressive & thinking his next is doing things to him & not eating & totally unable to use the phone or directions as prior. He does have Lewy Body Dementia diag 11/2011. & has gotten agitated with me but not the caregivers. He was taking Citalopram 30 mgs @ BT for past few years & the Assisted living was to DC when the new one was started but they did not for about 5-7 days when I realized he was still on both meds. Is this poss for both meds or side effect to b reportedly? Kathy
