My Husband's Ekg Says Sinus Rhythm, Intra-arterial Conduction Delay, Minor

my husband's ekg says sinus rhythm, intra-arterial conduction delay, minor high-lateral repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia, lv overload or aspecific change, boderline ECG. he has a heart valve and has never actually had an abnormal ecg....even the day of his first heart surgery for a disection it was a normal ekg. should we be worried?
