My Kid Had Throat Infection And Was Prescribed Antibiotics For

my kid had throat infection and was prescribed antibiotics for 5 days. After the dose was complete he again started coughing (Dry cough) and could not sleep whole night... he is 3 years old.is the infection back? do we need to give antibiotics again or asthakind dx syrup should help?
