My Knee Starts Hurting Really Bad To The Point Where

my knee starts hurting really bad to the point where I cant stand on it anymore and it only starts when I'm just standing cooking,doing dishes ect, the only thing that makes it stop is sitting down for a moment but its a burning sensation feeling right under the knee cap but now the pain been going up and down my leg
