My Labia And Vulva Area Is Very Red And Dried

my labia and vulva area is very red and dried out- I am 46 and have not had my period in 9 months. Dr. checked hormone levels and says i am not menopausal apparently very stressed due to divorce. I have tried to have sex last night with BF and i got all red and felt very dry. Did not feel great but was not painful. We have both tested negative for STDs
