My Last LMP Was On 21st Feb.. I Had Pregnancy

my last LMP was on 21st feb.. i had pregnancy test at home .. it is positive. I have mifty kit with me .. can i take it now.. is there any way to find type of pregnancy intrauterine pregnancy or tubal pregnancy at home. bcoz what i know that it is not to safe MT pills ib tubal pregnancy .. is it correct?

Previously also i had taken these pills and no side effect and abortion was successful. Just want to confirm... is it safe to take no or should i wait one more week??
