My Last Blood Test Was Under Urinalysis And The Portion

my last blood test was under urinalysis and the portion of microscopic examination showed WBC reference range was 0-5 and result was 30 comments abnormal and my RBC reference was 0-2 and result was 3-10 abnormal. What does this mean. My doctor really did not give me a clear explanation. The appearance was cloudy when it should be clear and that showed abnormal. And the WBC esterase was 3 plus and should be negative abnormal. Can you give me some advice?
