My Last Cycle Was On September 9th. I Came Home

my last cycle was on September 9th. I came home October 15th and white bright red blood when I wiped. I took a shower and put on a pad and the next morning there was nothing on the pad and no blood when I wiped. I begin quitting smoking on October the 5th and have been using NicoDerm CQ patches off and on since then. I took a cheap pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative and still no period. For the last week I have been very fatigue I am Not sure what is going on but could really use some insight.
