My Last Period Was On 19 February 2016 And Was

my last period was on 19 february 2016 and was supposed to have my period on the 13th march 2016 but i missed it cos during my ovulating period i had sex and i thought i was pregnant even though i did not do a test.i had pregnancy signs but 31 days later after my last period m heavily bleeding.what might be the cause?
