My Left Arm Hurt Really Bad Last Night. It Started

my left arm hurt really bad last night. It started on my wrist then fingers, palm all the way to my arm pits. No chest pain just strong electrical burning pain. I have been feeling very tired lately but this is happening for many months, I though it was my Thyroid but according to test lab results all ok.
Sometimes I wonder if this could be related to the hear??
