My Left Breast. Then My Lower Back Started Hurting Into

my left breast. Then my lower back started hurting into my tailbone. After that, it moved up my back. My neck still is in pain on and off. Last night when I took off my bra, I felt like my breast were more red than normal. Mostly my left one again. My nipples are pretty normal. But I'm afraid of inflammatory breast cancer. I'm not sure if I've become extremely paranoid or if I really should be worried.
