My Left Eye Is Very Stressed. Sometime It Triggers One
my left eye is very stressed. sometime it triggers one sided pain in let side of head. Eye doctors checked & told me nothing is there to be worried about. i have floaters also. he recommended me eye drops vitamin tablets & glasses for both eye 0.25. i am using glasses.
i usually sit 7-8 hrs in front of computer & i have High BP sometime around 140-145.
if i take sleep, then i feel better.
pl advice me what should i do
