My Left Eye Will Freeze In Place And That Causes

my left eye will freeze in place and that causes me to have distorted vision. I then will have to shake my head vigorously and within 2 to 15 minutes I can get it to move again. This has happened intermittently, maybe once a year or so. I am sorry, but as a disabled vet, I am on a very strict budget as I also have a disabled child. So, I can't pay the fee, even though it is a low amount. Thank you for your time.
